      Bug fixed for BIB module:

During checking I find it used to be only adding the Neutral Hadrons. Now it includes EM, neutral hadrons, and charge hadrons. Much more particles are included causing some of the jets reaching to abnormally high energy ~5TeV (using 0.1 for all the proximity). However, using 0.01 for all the proximity seems to be reasonable. Still working on plotting the ratio between bib and after bib. I guess I will first try if we coudl fix the energy for eflowPhotons, eflowTracks, and eflowNeutralHadrons. Then we can figure out what proximity to use. Run time goes up to ~3.5 hours now for 100 events.
