Summary (2-4 sentences)
Just a few informal sentences describing what you want to present.
No need to spend a lot of time on this! You can change it later.

VC3 is a user-driven self-service platform for provisioning customized virtual clusters over multiple heterogeneous computing resources. It allows collaborative science teams to aggregate and share their individual allocations, so that they can spend their time doing science rather than wrestling with their software on multiple sites. This talk will discuss how HTCondor is a fundamental technology to the project, both as a core component performing virtual cluster overlay provisioning, and as one of the supported virtual batch cluster types visible to users.
