Questions about attending, speaking, accommodations, and other concerns
HTCondor Week is an annual event that gives collaborators and users the chance to exchange ideas and experiences, to learn about the latest research, to experience live demos, and to influence our short and long term research and development directions. HTCondor Week 2018 will take place May 21-24, 2018.
- We would love to hear your proposal for a talk at HTCondor Week! Please see the Speaker Information page for more details.
- Note that the HEPiX Spring 2018 Workshop will also be hosted at UW-Madison. It will take place at Chamberlain Hall from Monday May 14 - Friday May 18, which is the week before HTCondor Week.
Registration for HTCondor Week 2018 is open until April 23, 2018. The cost is $85 per day (lunches and break refreshments included). All attendees, including speakers, must register.
Special offer for attendees associated with UW-Madison: The sessions on Monday, May 21 and Thursday, May 24 will be open for free to UW-Madison faculty, staff, and students. You do not need to register for these sessions -- just show up with your UW Wiscard! Note that lunch will not be provided without paid registration.
Hotel rooms have been reserved for attendees at a discounted rate. We strongly recommend you reserve your hotel as soon as possible, as the number of discounted rooms is limited, and will expire on April 14 or when all the rooms have been reserved. See the Local Arrangements page for more information.
We have posted a preliminary schedule for the week. A more detailed scheduled will come closer to the event.
