Cool Copper Collider - Beam Background Studies
Speakers: Elias Mettner (UW-Madison), Abdollah Mohammadi (UW-Madison)
      • Received updated CIRCE/Whizard program from Lindsey on Thursday
      • Issue with configuring (remotely on cmslpc):
        • CIRCE requires the ocaml and gfortran compiler toolchains to configure
        • I've just been accessing them through a cvmfs release
        • Seems to be an issue with ocaml specifically
      • Narrowed it down to two possibilities (could be both):
        • CIRCE uses an outdated version of ocaml that is not supported by any cvmfs releases (that I know of)
        • There's an issue with the pathing on the remote server, and ocaml requires me to have access to areas that I don't when configuring
      • Any possible ideas on how to go about this?
