Meals at Fluno
A light breakfast and gourmet buffet-style lunches will be provided at no additional cost to all registered in-person attendees. Lunch will be served in the Fluno Center's Oros Executive Dining Room. In addition, snacks and coffee/tea will be provided during the breaks.
If you have partners or guests who would like to join us for lunch, the Fluno Center welcomes walk-ins to their Dining Room, and guests will pay individually.
Dinners are on your own, but there are many (dozens!) of options available within a short walk from the Fluno Center or any of the hotels listed on this page. Downtown Madison is very pedestrian friendly; there is no need to rent a car.

Getting Here, Getting Around
- Getting to the University of Wisconsin-Madison campus (by car, bus or plane)
- Ground Transportation from the Madison airport into downtown Madison
- UW-Madison Campus map
Note that a car is not required in order to get around Madison; in fact, a renting a car is likely to become a hassle because parking in downtown Madison is limited. Taxis are readily available to and from the Dane County Regional Airport (MSN) to campus.. Once on campus, all of the listed hotels plus dozens of pubs and restaurants are within an easy 5 to 20 minute walk of the conference auditorium.
Sometimes the most economical way to reach Madison is to fly into Chicago -O'Hare (ORD) and then take the Coach USA bus to the Madison campus. Other times flying directly into the Madison airport is more cost effective. We recommend comparing both options.
