Bike Ride and Rental Info - Monday Evening
For our Monday Evening bike ride, we have planned a route that is ~9 miles, and will likely take us ~45 minutes at a comfortable pace. You can view our planned route here:

For bike rentals (in advance of the ride), there are two options:
Option 1: Madison BCycle

This group will depart for the ride from Fluno at 6:15

Rentals are available at many docking stations around Madison (up to 8 bikes in one station)

We can have a fellow rider help you pick up a rental (Departing at 5:45 to pick up a bike.) (Be sure to complete the above sign up sheet and select this option).

First-come, first-served basis on rental of city Ebikes (they have electric pedal assist)

Single ride pass: $5/30 minutes of riding

Day pass: $15 gets you unlimited 60-minute rides for the next 24 hours. Any rides longer than 60 minutes in duration are subject to a $3/30 minute charge with this pass.

Downside: you must bring your own helmet.

Option 2: Budget Bicycle Center (1230 Regent Street)

This group will depart from the Fluno Center at 5:15 pm to walk to the bike store, rent bikes and then join up with the above group for the ride.

Hybrid bikes: $30/24hrs

Bikes must be returned between the hours of 10am and 6pm. If you choose this option, you will be responsible for returning the bike during these business hours the next day.

We will depart from Fluno Center at 6:00 pm (Rides provided to Lake Wingra, if desired.)
